Heart in Hand's "Mothers Words of Wisdom"

I just spent the last few hours stitching "Say Your Prayers" on my Heart in Hand "Mother's Words of Wisdom" series. Just three more to go until it's complete -- woo hoo!

My stitching would have gone much quicker if it hadn't been for thunderstorms all around us (had to watch the severe weather updates) and eating (those pesky hunger pangs!) but it still went quickly.

Gotta run -- storms are still around! They just announced on the latest weather update that most of our town is without power. Yikes! We do have a generator if need be. Brad knows that I'll be a happy camper as long as I can stitch. LOL

Happy stitching and bye for now...

Hi Lori!

Looking great and it's so small! I know the quarter gives a little perspective on the size but how big will this be when you are finished?

Thanks, Julie! :)

The finished size will be 5 inches wide by 2 1/2 inches tall. That's from one stitched edge to another and doesn't include any border.

I'm really looking forward to getting it finished. I might have to pick it back up...ohhhhhh, I can feel the itch to stitch...

LOL! Thanks for your comments. :)

Wow! That's tiny! Too funny on the itch to stitch! Hopefully you will get some time today to do exactly that! I posted my blog addy on the thread you had at 123. Hope that was okay!

Happy Stitching!

Ok...these patterns never called to me but seeing them stitched in miniature just makes me love them.
